We would like to express our deepest sympathies to all the victims.
Please be informed that to the people who live in areas where the Disaster Relief Act has been applied and suffered damage, measures of receiving exemption including some medical expenses are applicable.
Object persons
①The persons who have been hit by disasters such as the collapse of whole or half of the house,
the fire of whole or half of the house, and the flooding on the floor or similar damages
② When the main livelihood maintainer died or suffered a serious injury or illness
③ When the whereabouts of the main livelihood maintainer are unknown
Handling
・ Exemption from some medical expenses (personal burden at the counter) of medical institution
・ Postponement of insurance premium payment deadline for voluntarily and continuously insured persons (until the end of February, 2026)
・ Exemption from the fee for reissuing the health insurance card
