Pep Up is an app provided by JMDC Inc. that is intended to enable users to enjoy managing their health by using a smartphone, tablet, or PC. Users can accumulate Pep Points through health-related activities that include reading health-related articles and daily walking, which can then be exchanged for electronic money or various products.
Please actively use this app to review your lifestyle or improve your health on a daily basis.
You can also use the app to view your medical care cost information or health checkup results or to apply for subsidies.

How to register for the first time or log in

First-time registration

Make sure you have the information below handy, and then register through the "Pep Up new user registration" page. You can view your health checkup results. It may take several months for the results to be reflected. Your health age, hospitalization risk, medical cost simulations for 10 and 20 years later, and advice for improving your health age will be displayed. * Your health age is calculated based on your health checkup results, gender, actual age, and other factors. * Note that results might not be displayed in the case of insufficient health checkup items. * Please note that the health checkup results in Pep Up are evaluated based on the criteria of the Japan Society of Ningen Dock, and may differ from the evaluations of the checkups conducted by your company.	Friend Walk is a year-round walking event organized by Pep Up. Every day, when you reach your target destination (5,000, 8,000, or 10,000 steps), you can obtain a shovel that can be used to dig up a reward the next day. This reward (points) depends on the number of steps walked the previous day.	With this service, you can easily enter and check numerical data you are concerned about on a daily basis, including your body weight, calorie intake, blood sugar level, and blood pressure. This numerical data is automatically graphed, so you can check your health condition whenever you want.

By scanning QR codes, users can register data or link their data to other electronic medication notebooks. With the "Pep Up medication notebook," you can automatically import the prescription history of drugs you have received from every pharmacy, and this imported history is displayed in medication-notebook format.	You can receive health-related information, etc. based on your personal health condition. Please use this information for health maintenance and promotion.	Notices from the Health Insurance Society are delivered as push notifications.
