* Flat rate regardless of examination fee

Employee gynecological checkups

Applies to:	Eligibility limitations	who are members of the Bosch Health Insurance Society.

Stomach cancer screening

Influenza Vaccination

note		If you have been vaccinated with the following, you do not need to apply for a subsidy. http://www.toshinkyo.or.jp/influenza.html

* Subsidies are provided once per year (April-March).
* An application must be submitted to receive subsidies for the above checkups and inoculations.
* Please be sure to check the [Condition for Payment of Subsidy] on the subsidy request form.
* Subsidies payment will be transferred to salary, etc. 1 to 2 months after receiving the application forms.
