Women face various life-stage-specific health problems, including menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause. However, these problems are regarded as a matter of course, and many women do not know who to talk to and end up struggling. This informational website is intended to support not only working women but also their family members. We hope you will find it useful.
Support for expectant mothers / MamaWell
This service offers personal midwives who can assist with both work and pregnancy. The service is free to use and covers the period from the first trimester of pregnancy until three months after you give birth.

To register, you will need your "symbol number" and "insurer number."

Information on various age groups, including issues encountered during puberty as well as old age, is available.

The National Federation of Health Insurance Societies (Kenporen) publishes easy-to-understand comics and videos that cover health issues faced by working women.

This content offers tips that can help you to notice things and take action through typical examples of menstruation, PMS, menopause, and other issues both at home and in the workplace.
