Gymnastics class
You won't achieve the results you desire simply by copying exercises you see in magazines and on TV without proper supervision.
At our health promotion center's keep-fit classes, you can enjoy participating in proper exercise programs with instructors and colleagues to strive for health promotion and improved physical fitness!

What do you do at each class?
- Warming up to loosen up the entire body through stretching and physical exercises set to music
- Aerobic exercise at a comfortable pace designed to burn fat
- Physical training designed to create a physique that burns fat easily
- Stretching and other exercises with relaxing music in the background designed to extend every inch of the body for people of various fitness levels

Core training
"Core" is a muscle not so used in usual life, and it exists about the body to be deep. To make beautiful posture and a balanced body, will you train your "Core"?
Stretching & Conditioning
Includes stretching, exercises to straighten your spine, and breathing exercises to strengthen the mind and body. Perfect for people with sore backs, knee strains, and stiff shoulders. Special clothing or shoes are not required.
Just come along and join in.
Soft aerobics
In this class you will enjoy walking, performing simple steps, and generally moving your body in time to music. Ideal for people who do not get enough exercise or who like a bit of fun while they exercise. Beginners, as well as men, may join in.
Pilates Method
Tighten up your body starting with the core. We provide support to help achieve various results, including improving your figure, improving your competitive ability, and alleviating lower back pain or shoulder stiffness.
Better health (Man only)
This class offers exercises that concentrate equally on improving the three elements of fitness (heart and lung stamina, physical strength, and flexibility).
Ideal for people who are concerned about the their waistline.
Fitness (Woman only)
This class concentrates on simple exercises, stretching and walking enabling beginners to get their bodies moving without the hassle of complicated routines.

Yoga
Various poses and breathing are combined to help correct body distortions, improve posture, and promote blood circulation. Our feel-good exercises will relax and refresh both your body and mind.
