The company, the labor union, and the health insurance society have jointly offered the Sawayaka Health Plan since 1985, aiming to support the physical and mental well-being of associates.
Health education and fitness measurement programs are conducted every five years for associates of member establishments between the ages of 35 and 55.

Associate fitness is measured every five years. Trainers explain the results and provide exercise advice. The measurements enable comparisons with past fitness results for maintaining and improving associates’ physical performance.
Associates also attend a seminar every ten years. With the aim of improving and bettering their living habits, professionals from the health insurance society (occupational physician, nursing practitioner, registered dietician, dental hygienist, psychological counselor, and trainer) serve as instructors and give seminars and health advice tailored to the associates’ ages.
