Regular health checkup (Employee "Insured")
The company conducts a regular health checkup once a year as prescribed by law.

- * Hepatitis C test will be conducted just for applicant aged 40 years or older.
- * Shift workers will have blood test regardles of their age.
Employee gynecological checkups
Once each year, subsidies are provided to help with the cost of gynecological checkups for women (employees) who are members of the Bosch Health Insurance Society.
Examination items and subsidies

- * Screenings by two or more methods on a single day are regarded as a single examination item.
- * Do not use your health-insurance card when obtaining these screenings.
Checkup procedure
Make an appointment for a checkup at a nearby medical facility.
How to apply for subsidies to help defray the cost of checkups
Provide the information requested on the Gynecological Checkup Subsidy Application and submit to the Bosch Health Insurance Society. Attach the original receipt indicating the details of your examination at the medical institution. Submit this application no later than three months following the checkup date.
